Service requirements
Transportation services are provided by FAA authorized part135 operators, in their aircraft. The aircraft must be impeccably kept. Pilots must be professional and customer service oriented. Service rendered must be first class. Pilots, co-pilots and management must be familiar with BJSI policies and procedures regarding service standards and customer service and relations. All service delivered must be in accordance with those standards.
